Our 1st Anniversary in England

Lee and I thought it would be fun to visit our friend Ben in England. He is currently living there for at least a couple of years, so we thought it would be a great way to celebrate our 1st anniversary! We stayed with Ben in Windsor and visited London by day. We did spend one day traveling to Bodiam, Dover, and Canterbury. The Bodiam Castle and White Cliffs of Dover were my favorite! We had a great time and enjoyed all that London had to offer.

Colorful Colorado

Wow! We had a blast on our most recent trip! Lee and I invited a few friends to Colorado for a spectacular weekend! We started the weekend with some whitewater rafting! It was TONS of fun!

On Sunday, we got up super early to hike a 14,000 ft. mountain (Mt. Democrat). Yes, Penny went too! It was the HARDEST thing I have ever done, and I could not have done this without Lee's encouragement.

Travelin'

It has been quite awhile since our last post. The month of March was full of traveling for both Lee and I. I spent my Spring Break in Peru, visiting Julie. We had a great time. A few days after I got back from Peru I left for New Orleans for a NSTA convention. Brittany and I were roommates and we slept in the most comfortable beds ever! It was like sleeping on a cloud...

The same day I left for New Orleans, Lee left for Colorado. He went skiing at Winter Park with 11 other people. They had a blast even though Lee came home injured. He extended his stay when JP and JJ went to skied at Breckenridge.

'Tis the Season

Ok, we thought it was time for a little update. Since our last post many great celebrations have passed. First, there was the addition of my nephew, Noah. He is super cute. Next, there was Thanksgiving with the family, Christmas with the family, and lastly, New Years with friends at the 4th annual "New Year's Eve at the White House". Lee and I have enjoyed five months of marital bliss...well, we are just really happy! With this post, I will include a few pictures from Christmas.

Penny was not too fond of her outfit, but she was super cute for a whole 5 minutes.

We hope you all enjoyed the Holiday Season!
