Meet Penelope!

We are officially parents (of a new puppy)! Penelope (Penny) White is a beautiful, four month old lab mix. She is the perfect addition to our family. Penny loves people and playing with her toys. After just a few minutes of playing tug-o-war, you can find her enjoying a long nap. We are excited to get to know her better. If you would like to stop by she would love to meet you!

Spring Breakin' in Colorado

Yes, this post is a little late, but I thought we should add it anyway. Lee and I spent four days in Colorado with seven other friends from Graceland (Lindsey, Matthew, Jordan, Linda, Josh, Meredith, and Sean). We were able to spend some quality time on the slopes, and the ladies also enjoyed a little time spending the money at a local shopping outlet. during the evenings, the whole crew spent some time relaxing in our condo. The picture to the left was taken on our first night at a local bar. We had a great time!

The Not So Typical Valentine's Day!

Lee and I decided to spend a long weekend in St. Louis for our "Valeversary". We stayed downtown and were able to walk to many places. We definitely had some unusual experiences, but it was definitely worth the memories! We went to three different restaurants that ended up being closed, ate at our very first Dim Sum place......Crazy, and experienced our first NHL game together ("We got Tacos!"). Together, we had a fun weekend and even got to see Luke and Lisa Young! This picture to the left is the view from our hotel room at night!

The Holidays Together

The last month has been filled with planning and spending time with family and friends. Did you ask what we were planning for? Well, if you didn't know, Lee and I got engaged on Thanksgiving night, at the Plaza! It was definitely unexpected, but we were both very excited! We have officially booked our venue and will be getting hitched on 08/08/08!!!

Christmas is now over and we spent our day traveling to various family get-togethers. After a busy day and some playing Guesstures, we were ready for a little relaxing. This relaxing has led to not much wedding planning, but after the New Year, we will have to really get started! So, if you have any advice, we are definitely keeping things open!
